About Dirt Check
Dirt Check is being built to help land buyers ask better questions before closing. By bringing flood, terrain, soils, zoning, and access information together, we turn scattered public records into a clearer first look at a lot.
Our approach starts with select counties in Tennessee, Georgia, and South Carolina. We believe coverage limits and missing data should be visible, not hidden behind a confident score. When a lot needs deeper investigation, a separately scoped feasibility study from CDE offers a path to professional review.
A public-data score is a starting point for due diligence—not a guarantee that you can build. Site testing, surveys, and local approvals still matter.
